Please be advised that, in connection with the entry into force of the new Top Level Domain Rules of .sk (from 1.9.2017) and their Annexes, 1 – ADR Rules, the Arbitration Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (hereinafter referred to as the „ADR Center“) has been set up to carry out its activities. The ADR Center covers and coordinates the activity of dispute resolution experts under the ADR Rules for .sk.
The purpose of ADR dispute resolution is to effectively resolve disputes arising out of registration or use of a domain between its holder and a third party out of court.
